ESC has published today a new Electricity Supplier and Capacity Market Bulletin. In this issue, ESC has confirmed that capacity providers are to be paid in full in January for the capacity market standstill period. ESC has also confirmed in this bulletin that there is no requirement for supplementary mutualisation in respect of the standstill period.

LCCC has issued today a Contract for Difference Bulletin which covers news about the contract signature of projects that were awarded a Contract for Difference in Allocation Round three, the date for the forthcoming CfD ILR/TRA teleconference and updates to the CfD register and CfD dashboards.
LCCC is pleased to announce that all 12 of the projects awarded Contracts for Difference (CfDs) through the third Allocation Round (AR3) have signed their contracts. The Baseload Market Reference Price (BMRP) for Winter 2019, which covers October 2019 to March 2020, is £55.98/MWh. This is now available on the Settlement Data page of the EMRS website.
The Baseload Market Reference Price (BMRP) is calculated on a seasonal basis (condition 15 of the Contract for Difference Standard Terms and Conditions). Baseload prices are calculated using a traded volume weighted average based on forward season data received from the London Energy Brokers' Association (LEBA). The BMRP is published in April and October of each year.
