This register sets out the names of and details relating to suppliers and capacity providers who have not paid an invoice under these regulations by 5:00 pm on the payment due date. As the appointed Settlement Body for the Capacity Market, the Electricity Settlements Company (“ESC”) must, in accordance with regulations, produce an annual report on the performance of its functions in respect of each capacity year. The annual report covers the period 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 and is the second such report produced by ESC.
