Our core values

Why these values matter

Our previous values were established in 2015 and have supported LCCC to achieve what it has today. As we entered our second decade, it was timely to update them to better reflect our current people and the future direction of LCCC. Our values focus on cultivating a supportive culture to guide our growth. They assist in cementing stakeholder relationships, provide guidance for decision-making and encourage innovation.
