In Conversation With LCCC: Analytics

On July 24th, we held our newly rebranded, quarterly webinar.

During the webinar we:

• Shared our quarterly update on the Interim Levy Rate (ILR) and Total Reserve Amount (TRA) for Q4 2024
• Introduced ELFO, our new CfD forecasting model. This has been launched in May and has been used to set the Q4 2024 levy.
• Shared our engagement plan, following feedback from our stakeholders, which includes:
  • Publishing the CfD forecasting methodology
  • Proposing the implementation of a 5 day observation window for power forward prices used in the forecasting model
  • Presenting beta dashboards on in-period adjustment for your feedback
