The "Initial Conditions Precedent (ICP) Guidance" provides instructions for Producers on fulfilling ICPs under the LCHA.

Key Points

Requirements: Producers must provide a legal opinion, KYC information, comprehensive facility and site descriptions, key project documents and other supporting documents.
Timeline: ICPs must be satisfied within 20 Business Days of the LCHA Agreement Date.
Submission: All required documents must be submitted via LCCC's web-based application, Zero.
