LCCC Thermal Commissioning Guidance - 80% of Installed Capacity
The guidance document outlines the evidence required to demonstrate that no less than 80% of the Installed Capacity Estimate has been commissioned for CFD Generators.
Generators must submit a Summary Report and various supporting documents, including facility layouts, commissioning plans, and test results.
The Installed Capacity Test must show that the facility can generate at least 80% of its capacity continuously without damage, following standards like ASME PTC-46.
Key definitions and a framework for assessing compliance with Operational Condition Precedent 2.1(B) are provided, emphasising early engagement and thorough documentation.
