The Baseload Market Reference Price (BMRP) for Summer 2021, which covers April 2021 to September 2021, is £48.47/MWh. This is now available on the Settlement Data page of EMRS’ website.
The BMRP is calculated on a seasonal basis (condition 15 of the Contract for Difference Standard Terms and Conditions). Baseload prices are calculated using a traded volume weighted average based on forward season data received from the London Energy Brokers' Association (LEBA). The BMRP is published in April and October of each year.
