The Baseload Market Reference Price (BMRP) for Summer 2025, which covers April 2025 to September 2025, is £83.50/MWh. This is now available on the Market Reference Prices section of the LCCC website: Market Reference Prices - Low Carbon Contracts
The Baseload Market Reference Price (BMRP) is calculated on a seasonal basis (condition 15 of the Contract for Difference Standard Terms and Conditions). Baseload prices are calculated using a traded volume weighted average based on forward season data received from the London Energy Brokers' Association (LEBA). The BMRP is published in April and October of each year.
