The Baseload Market Reference Price (BMRP) for Winter 2025, which covers October 2025 to March 2026, is £84.75/MWh. This is now available on the Market Reference Prices page of the LCCC website.
The Baseload Market Reference Price (BMRP) is calculated on a seasonal basis (condition 15 of the Contract for Difference Standard Terms and Conditions). Baseload prices are calculated using a traded volume weighted average based on forward season data received from the London Energy Brokers' Association (LEBA). The BMRP is published in April and October of each year.
