Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting is a statutory requirement under the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017.
The gender pay gap measures the difference in average hourly pay and bonuses between men and women across an organisation, regardless of role or seniority.
This report sets out LCCC’s gender pay gap figures for the relevant reporting period and provides contextual commentary to support understanding of the results.
