The "Data Collection and Monitoring Procedures (DCMP) Guidance" provides instructions for Producers on agreeing their DCMP with LCCC, to fulfil Operational Conditions Precedent (OCP) requirement 3(B).
Key Points
- Requirements: Producers must submit a DCMP Proposal, which will include detailed information on how they intend to measure, sample, classify and calculate all Hydrogen Production Pathway Input(s) and Output(s) for the purpose of gathering monthly data and evidencing compliance with the Low Carbon Hydrogen Standard (LCHS).
- Timeline: Producers must agree their DCMP with LCCC (to fulfil OCP 3(B)) as soon as practicable after the LCHA Agreement Date, and before they can issue a valid Start Date Notice to start receiving subsidy payments under the LCHA.
- Submission: All required documents must be submitted via LCCC's web-based application, Zero.
