Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) is pleased to announce the publication of its Annual Report for 2023/2024.
The 2023/24 Annual Report highlights a year of significant growth and progress in supporting GB's transition to Net Zero. We successfully managed an expanding portfolio, including 240 Contracts for Difference (CfDs) and the introduction of new schemes for Hydrogen and Carbon Capture. Notable achievements include signing 92 new CfDs, generating 22.2 TWh of low-carbon power, and avoiding approximately 2.3 million tonnes of CO2.
