Purpose and Scope:

• Explains the criteria used by the Low Carbon Contracts Company (LCCC) to evaluate whether a modification is minor (e.g., it should not reduce the generator’s liabilities or increase their commercial benefit) and necessary (e.g., the generator cannot accept a CfD offer without it).
