Supply Chain Reporting Guidance Low Carbon Hydrogen Agreement
Posted 21.02.2025
The "Supply Chain Reporting Guidance" provides instructions for Producers on reporting to LCCC (and DESNZ) to fulfill their Supply Chain Reporting obligations under the LCHA.
Key Points
- Requirements: Producers must submit a series of four Supply Chain Reports, which will provide information on the wider economic benefits of their projects to the UK economy, including supply chains and labour markets. These reports will be shared with DESNZ, who may request further clarification or use the information provided to amend the requirements for the next report.
- Timeline: Producers must submit their Supply Chain Reports by a series of Supply Chain Reporting Deadlines during the term of the LCHA with LCCC. The first of these reports must be submitted no earlier than six months prior to the Milestone Delivery Date (MDD) and no later than the MDD. For the second, third and fourth reports, the reference to MDD in the preceding sentence is replaced by the third, seventh and eleventh anniversaries of the LCHA Start Date, respectively.
- Submission: All required documents must be submitted via LCCC's web-based application, Zero.
