  2. Timeline: Producers must submit their Supply Chain Reports by a series of Supply Chain Reporting Deadlines during the term of the LCHA with LCCC. The first of these reports must be submitted no earlier than six months prior to the Milestone Delivery Date (MDD) and no later than the MDD. For the second, third and fourth reports, the reference to MDD in the preceding sentence is replaced by the third, seventh and eleventh anniversaries of the LCHA Start Date, respectively.
  3. Submission: All required documents must be submitted via LCCC's web-based application, Zero.
